Tad Williams Talks Return to the World of The Dragonbone Chair

♦ Tad Williams, author of the classic Memory, Sorrow and Thorn (The Dragonbone Chair, Stone of Farewell, and To Green Angel Tower) fantasy trilogy set in Osten Ard, returns to that world in Heart of Regret and The Witchwood Crown. 

Tad was interviewed by British publisher Hodder Books last year. We missed it, and we thought you might have. It is known there is media interest in Osten Ard – it would be strange if, in the wake of Game of Thrones, there wasn’t. Putative publication dates for the new  books are late 2016 for Heart of Regret and early 2017 for The Witchwood Crown. Subsequent volumes in the same universe, Empire of Grass, The Navigator’s Children, plus a fifth unnamed volume will be published later on.
