Star Wars Stamps in the UK can’t be licked

The Royal Mail will be releasing 18 first class stamps and featuring classic Star Wars characters like Princess Leia, Han Solo and Obi Wan Kenobi. They will be also include Rey, Finn and Kylo Ren from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

It was announced this week that the UK would be getting the film a day early on 17 December 2015.

As well as Star Wars characters, there are six stamps featuring spacecraft and vehicles from the movie series, including the Millennium Falcon.

The character stamps have been illustrated by British artist Malcolm Tween.
