Here is a tribute to him from fellow Simpsons and US comics artist Bill Morrison posted on his Facebook:

We knew Pat through our friends Andy Grossberg and Susie Lee and would see him and wife Carol at San Diego, Wonder Con in San Francisco and even in New York too. He was always great company and his work CV included stories for Bongo, who used to publish Simpsons comics, Egmont and even some work for DC’s Vertigo imprint.

Everyone at Tripwire sends our condolences to his friends and family. He will be much missed.
