Sherlock Holmes and The Empire Builders The Gene Genie is a story featuring the world’s greatest detective as never seen before. When Watson leaves Holmes to help Crick unravel the DNA helix and finds himself in the employ of England’s most evil man, Holmes is forced to team up with an unlikely group to defeat this monstrous figure and return England to its status quo. Originally published as two elegant volumes in 2024 and 2025, Sherlock Holmes and The Empire Builders The Gene Genie The Collection brings the two volumes together to tell one epic tale. Co-published with Mad Cave Studios, Tripwire Comics Presents has created a brand new wraparound cover by Eisner winning artist Laurence Campbell (Hellboy, The One Hand and The Six Fingers) and it’s also capped off with a brand new introduction by acclaimed writer JM DeMatteis (Moonshadow, Kraven’s Last Hunt).
