MCM Comic Con Announces New Media Guest For October
He’s No Angel
The much anticipated MCM Comic Con is back this autumn, returning to London’s ExCeL from 28 – 30 October for an epic celebration of all things pop culture!
Get your costumes at the ready as the wait is nearly over for the next instalment of the UK’s biggest Comic Con event. Whether your passion is cosplay, video games, comics or movies, there is no better place to express yourself with a like-minded community than at MCM Comic Con.
Hot off the press and brand new for MCM London 2022, Michael Sheen, best known for his role as ultimate angel Aziraphale in the miniseries, Good Omens and the dark fantastic fantasy film Underworld will be appearing at MCM on both Saturday and Sunday for photograph and autograph opportunities. The hugely popular actor will be taking part in an exclusive spotlight panel too… more details coming soon!
Joining the all-star line-up will also be Anthony Daniels, best known for playing the much-loved C-3PO in all of the Star Wars episodes. Anthony will be appearing across all three days at MCM London Comic Con and meeting and greeting fans for exclusive photograph and autograph opportunities.
Todd Haberkorn, best known for his stellar acting in the Japanese anime series’ Fairy Tail and D.Gray Man, as well as the Japanese action role playing game Tales of Xillia, Todd will also be appearing at MCM all weekend – plenty of time to secure your slot to get a one of a kind photograph with your idol.

Want to show off your love for cosplay? Why not enter the casual or kids cosplay showcases and have your moment on the catwalk. Experience the awe inspiring Cosplay Masquerade and this year’s very own Crown Championships of Cosplay final; the global celebration of cosplay craftsmanship. Don’t panic if your carefully crafted costume starts falling apart, just head to the cosplay hospital and get fixed up ready to get back on the show floor.

Perfect for family fun…let your little superheroes explore their unrivalled passions in the Treehouse area. Unleash their creativity through face-painting, comic creation and mask making, plus a stand out programme of family-friendly interactive sessions and entertaining performances to keep little ones busy all weekend long. Plus kids under 10 go free with an adult ticket holder. Why not pick up a Family Passport from the Treehouse area to join an exciting scavenger hunt around the MCM show floor, with a chance to win tickets to the next show.
For the gaming lovers out there, the Side Quest area has everything from retro gaming consoles to Xbox’s, GameCube’s, PS2’s and 3’s, right through to trusty PCs. Live out your childhood as you enjoy the library of old school games in the Retro zone, or pull up a bean bag in the multiplayer lounge and go head-to-head with friends. For the serious gamers amongst you, unleash your competitive side and enter the Side Quest Classic Gaming Championship – you may even win tickets to the next MCM Comic Con.
For the role-playing fans, Imagination Gaming will be hosting a free-to-play tabletop gaming area that has something for everyone. Become the ultimate Dungeon Master with Dungeons & Dragons or show off your fan knowledge with movie themed board games, card games and more.

If you’re still left wanting more, MCM Comic Con is hitting up NEC Birmingham on 11 – 13 November, so why not do it all over again?
Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the events this year as digital tickets are also available for MCM London Comic Con, allowing you to enjoy the show from wherever you are this autumn.
