We are always keen to help support UK comic crowdfunding campaigns and here’s some info on John Charles’ Techno Freak #3, funding now on Kickstarter…

 Issue #3 of the indie comics sensation, TechnoFreak is almost upon us… 

Created by the talented team of John Charles and Barry May, writers, Tom Newell, artist, John Charles, (again!) colourist, and Nikki Foxrobot, letterer; TF#3 kicks the story into high-gear. Featuring: KIdnapping, Psycho Killers and Karaoke. 

Plus it has an ending that you will not believe.

It’s sci-fi fun set in a retro-future, and it will knock your flippin’ socks off.

TechnoFreak #1 was funded by a successful Kickstarter, and we managed to fund issue #2 as well. We are seeking a modest amount towards the costs of #3. If we exceed the target figure, further funds raised will go towards supporting the final part of the initial story arc, TechnoFreak #4.

Risks and challenges

The art for TF#3 is 90% complete. Tom and John will be finished very soon, and then Nikki just needs to weave her lettering magic. It’ll all be ready to launch by the time this Kickstarter ends, unless one of us kicks the bucket. We are only seeking to cover our printing costs. Tom has been paid, and Nikki will be too! We are an ethical comic book company.
