In Perfect Pour, players pour beers using joystick controls designed to function like real tap handles. Gameplay ramps quickly as customers line up and the bar grows more chaotic, forcing players to manage multiple taps, blown kegs, half pours, pitchers, and increasingly demanding customers. Success depends on speed, accuracy, and multitasking as players work to keep customers satisfied and tips flowing.

The game was created by DSM Arcade Founder and Designer, Dan Fessler, who conceived the idea after watching a bartender work a busy shift at a local bar. The PBR edition features vintage-style cabinet art, classic Pabst branding, new HD graphics and effects, a redesigned cabinet profile, boss battles, mini-games, and multiple themed environments ranging from neighbourhood bars to festivals.
