Tripwire in 2015 and 2016
A Year of Tripwire online (Well nine months)…
When we launched the website in March of this year, there had been a bit of a break since we last produced anything. We wanted to really capitalise on the strengths of the web and the magazine. From 1992 to 2011, we produced over fifty-five print editions and a number of digital editions. Looking back at 2015, I like to think that we have achieved quite a bit. We had planned to launch Tripwire as a website before March of this year but events conspired against us. But at the end of 2015, with a presence of less than a year (around 9 months to be a little more precise), we have returned with a vengeance. As it’s the end of the year, we thought we would blow our own trumpet a little bit and pick our 10 favourite pieces that we have run on the site since March. So here they are with links to them…

So now that 2015 has almost finished, we are looking ahead to next year. We have achieved a bit but we want to keep improving the site. More originated content, more exclusive interviews and features. In the coming year, you’ll see more from the likes of our writers like Englishman in LA Rob Cave, our TV columnist Hugh David, Englishman in SDCC’s Leonard Sultana, contributing editor Andrew Colman and contributing writer Ed Hipkiss. Hopefully we’ll be adding to our roster of writers. We are just getting started. Thanks for reading.
