According to reports on sites like denofgeek, TVLine and Variety, Arrow’s new villain is called Anton Church and it will also be getting a new vigilante to protect Star City while Oliver Queen is mayor. No names have been revealed yet but apparently the ex-marine may be called James. Arrow season 5 starts in October 2016 on the CW, joining its stablemates Supergirl (moved over from CBS), The Flash and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
