Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man is a follow-up film based on the popular BBC show of the same name and its creator Steven Knight has confirmed it will premiere in Birmingham…

Secret Birmingham has confirmed online that “this March, the Peaky Blinders feature film ‘The Immortal Man’ will be screened for the first time ever, in a world wide premiere, at a venue to be announced, in the City of Birmingham. The Shelbys are coming home, and you are invited to join us. By order of the Peaky Blinders.”

Even though this is likely to be the end of Thomas Selby’s story, there will be future series featuring other members of the family.
“I’m thrilled to be announcing this new chapter in the Peaky Blinders story,” said Steven Knight. “Once again, it will be rooted in Birmingham and will tell the story of a city rising from the ashes of the Birmingham blitz. The new generation of Shelbys have taken the wheel and it will be a hell of a ride.”
Set in a new era, in 1953, after being heavily bombed in WWII, the ‘Peaky Blinders’ story will follow “the race to own Birmingham’s massive reconstruction project becomes a brutal contest of mythical dimensions. This is a city of unprecedented opportunity and danger: with the Shelby family right at its blood-soaked heart.”
