Mark Millar
Mark Millar is a New York Times best-selling comic-book writer, movie producer and Hollywood executive. He has written, among many other things, Marvel’s Civil War, Old Man Logan, The Ultimates, Superman: Red Son, Wanted, Kingsman, Kick-Ass, The Magic Order, Jupiter’s Legacy and Nemesis, several of which have been adapted into movies and television shows. For four years was a story consultant on 20th Century Fox’s slate of Marvel movies, and in 2017 he sold his Millarworld company to Netflix.
John Romita Jr.
John Romita Jr. is a legend in the comic-book world, best known for drawing some of the biggest Marvel comics of all time. His work includes award-winning runs on Daredevil, Uncanny X-Men, Iron Man and The Amazing Spider-Man, collaborating with giants like Frank Miller, Neil Gaiman, Chris Claremont and J. Michael Straczynski. His first collaboration with Mark Millar was Wolverine: Enemy of the States and later they created Kick-Ass together, spawning a successful Hollywood franchise. Psychic Sam is the third time they have worked together and it’s their best work yet.
About Psychic Sam
SAM NICOLETTI hears a voice in his head the day before something bad happens. The voice tells him the name and address of a murderer and if he ignores this voice an innocent person dies. At first he thought he was crazy, but as the bodies start building up, he realises he needs to do something and, after a while, he hears about a murder that’s SO HORRIFIC he needs to intervene.
What would YOU do in this situation? You call the cops and they think you’re crazy because nothing bad has happened yet. But unless you take matters into your own hands, innocent people are going to SUFFER.
