Brian Michael Bendis And Mike Oeming Celebrate 25 Years Of Their Series Powers With A New Monthly From Dark Horse

Brian Michael Bendis, Michael Avon Oeming, and Dark Horse Comics celebrate the 25^th anniversary of Powers, one of the longest-running independent comics, with an all-new series, Powers 25! Starting in September 2025, the Eisner Award-winning cops and capes epic returns like you’ve never seen it before with both new and familiar characters, perfect for new readers and for those already acquainted with the saga. The 12-issue ongoing series is written by Bendis (Daredevil, Masterpiece, Ultimate Spider-Man), illustrated by Oeming (Murder Inc., Blue Book, William of Newbury), colored by Nick Filardi (The Umbrella Academy: Hotel Oblivion, Deadpool 2099), and lettered by Joshua Reed (Where Monsters Lie, Joy Operations)…

Each issue of the series will also feature brand new art by Dark Horse all-star creators such as Mike Mignola (Hellboy), Stan Sakai (Usagi Yojimbo), David Mack (Kabuki), Scott Hepburn (Minor Threats), Eric Powell (The Goon), Jill Thompson (Beasts of Burden), and more to be revealed at a later date.
