Speilberg’s Bridge Of Spies comes out of the cold

Steven Spielberg’s new dramatic thriller, Bridge of Spies, starring Tom Hanks (Philadelphia, Forrest Gump) will be released in the UK and Ireland on 6th November 2015. A dramatic thriller set against the backdrop of a series of real-life events, DreamWorks Pictures/Fox 2000 Pictures’ Bridge of Spies is the story of James Donovan, a Brooklyn insurance claims lawyer who finds himself thrust into the centre of the Cold War when the CIA sends him on the near-impossible task to negotiate the release of a captured American U-2 pilot. The film also stars  award-winning theatre actor Mark Rylance (Twelfth Night, Jerusalem, Boeing Boeing), Scott Shepherd (Side Effects), Amy Ryan (Birdman, Gone Baby Gone), Sebastian Koch (A Good Day to Die Hard), Alan Alda (M*A*S*H, The Aviator), and Austin Stowell (Whiplash). The screenplay is written by Matt Charman (Suite Francaise) and acclaimed writer/ directors Ethan Coen & Joel Coen (No Country for Old Men, Fargo). Here’s the trailer for it…
