London’s Cartoon Museum reopens with a brand new exhibition dedicated to Alan Moore and David Lloyd’s V For Vendetta and Tripwire’s editor-in-chief Joel Meadows got a preview of it on Friday…
V For Vendetta, first published in the 1980s continues to be a very powerful comic series with fictional echoes that continue in real life. This exhibition, launching to kick off the reopening of London’s Cartoon Museum, is an incredible celebration of Moore and Lloyd’s work and the film that was made in 2005 that was based on it. We get to see the mask from the film, many of Lloyd’s original art in black and white and in colour including his pastel cover images too. Here’s a few photos that I took at the exhibition
