IDW Have Got Modern Marvel History Covered
♦Due out the end of this month or the beginning of August, Some of the modern comic industry’s biggest stars of the last 25 years get the spotlight in the upcoming Marvel Covers: The Modern Era Artist’s Edition, out very soon from IDW.
We are talking huge names like Jim Lee, Todd McFarlane, Steve McNiven, Chris Bachalo, Lee Bermejo, John Cassaday and many, many others. Plus, Modern Age work from industry legends like Walter Simonson and John Romita Sr. is included too.
The 144–page, 12-x-17 hardcover, the companion book to IDW’s classic Marvel Covers Artist’s Edition, is due out as early as 27 July in some shops, but check with your shop. It’ll retail at around the $100 ballpark. There are also multiple covers available, including the Todd McFarlane Spidey cover above.
