Logan Noir Trailer Surfaces

♦So Logan Noir is getting a small release this month in the US at least and will be ending up on the limited edition Blu Ray release and over at comicbook.com they have grabbed the trailer from it…

Logan comes out on Blu Ray in the US on 23 May and on 10 July in the UK. Both are expected to include the Logan Noir version of the film which, if the trailer is anything to go by, does look rather nice.

Logan (also known as Wolverine 3 and Wolverine III) is an American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Wolverine. It is intended to be the tenth installment in the X-Men film series. It is based on the comic book series Old Man Logan by Mark Millar. Directed by James Mangold, the film stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant and Dafne Keen. The film marks the final portrayal by Jackman of the titular character after appearing in every main entry in the X-Men series to date. It came out on 3 March 2017, in IMAX and premium large formats in the US and on 1 March 2017 in the UK.

Set in 2024, Logan and Professor Charles Xavier must cope with the loss of the X-Men at the hands of a corporation led by Nathaniel Essex. With Logan’s healing abilities slowly fading and Xavier’s Alzheimer’s hampering his memory, Logan must defeat Essex with the help of a young girl named Laura Kinney, a female clone of Wolverine.
