Image Loses Its Branding Manager

♦ Over at newsarama, they have just reported that David Brothers is leaving Image Comics after a number of years…

David Brothers has announced his departure from Image Comics. Brothers joined Image in 2013 as Content Manager, and in 2015 was promoted to Branding Manager.

Brothers was among the core Image Comics’ staffers that relocated when Image moved from Berkeley, California up to Portland, Oregon. In addition to his duties at Image, Brothers has also freelance edited several independent titles including Lazarus, Wytches, The Fade Out and Velvet plus he was in charge of the Image magazine that came with Diamond’s Previews.

Previous to his time at Image, Brothers wrote and edited for Off Base Productions, Comics Alliance, Pop Culture Shock, and Hardcore Gamer.
