Comic Heroes Relaunch
Comic Heroes Takes Over Orbital Comics (For An Evening At Least)
♦Future Publishing has relaunched its Comic Heroes magazine as of last October and since Tripwire‘s editor-in-chief Joel Meadows writes for the magazine, we thought it was only right and proper we would show our support by turning up at its belated launch, or relaunch, party which took place at Orbital Comics in London yesterday evening.
The shop invited Kieron Gillen (Wicked and The Divine), Paul Cornell (Doctor Who), Rachael Stott (Planet of The Apes, Doctor Who) and Jessica Martin (Elsie Harris Picture Palace) to talk about comics and the magazine specifically. Orbital’s Chris Thompson hosted the talk. Comic Heroes editor Will Salmon was in attendance as was magazine contributor Stephen Jewell, Group Editor Dave Bradley and a number of comics luminaries including Dave Hine, David Baillie and a number of others.
