10 p.m.: CSI: Cyber (CBS)

The level of technical incompetence in this show is hilarious. The wooden-faced Arquette lady is soon to be joined by Ted Danson, transferring from the now-finito CSI.

Mixed martial arts (MMA) mayhem with a hefty side dish of misery.

Monday, Oct. 26

8:30 p.m.: Supergirl (special premiere time) (CBS)

Tuesday, Oct. 27

10 p.m.: Wicked City (ABC)

New police procedural anthology created by Steven Baigelman premieres with a 10-episode first season. Two LAPD detectives search for a pair of romantically-linked serial killers terrorizing the Sunset Strip. One of the many shows of this kind following the success of True Crime.

Friday, Oct. 30

9 p.m.: Grimm (NBC)

Saturday, Oct. 31

9 p.m.: Ash vs. Evil Dead (Starz)

I am looking forward to this more than my birthday….

10 p.m.: The Returned (Sundance)

This is season 2 of the (original) French version of the back-from-the-dead drama. Some unkind people refer to it as the “good” version. The AMC version is cancelled, so if you want “back-from-the-dead” rather than “zombie” drama, this is your only choice.
