The Equalizer 2 is an upcoming American thriller filmdirected by Antoine Fuqua and written by Richard Wenk. It is a sequel to the 2014 film The Equalizer, based on the TV series of the same name. The film stars Denzel Washington, Ashton Sanders, Pedro Pascal, Melissa Leo, Bill Pullman and Eminem. The film is scheduled to be released by Sony Pictures Releasing on 20 July 2018.
